How does the Unlimited plan fair use work?
The Unlimited plan is built for regular readers: you get 20,000 fast translations every month, then you can keep translating without buying more credits. After the fast allowance, translations move to standard speed and may be slower during busy periods. Fair use keeps the service stable and affordable so a few heavy or automated users cannot slow it down for everyone. If you want fast speed after the monthly allowance, you can use paid credits. Bulk upload is included, but bulk jobs always stay on a lower-priority lane and may be delayed during heavy load.
How do credits work for manga and scan translation?
In Scan Translator, 1 credit translates 1 image. 30 free credits are granted once per new account, and paid credits are added to your account balance for future use.
Do Scan Translator credits expire?
No. Purchased credits do not expire and stay available on your account until they are used.
Which languages are supported for manga translation?

Why is the extension not working on some websites?
Some sites block or obfuscate image access, which can prevent translation in-browser. If this happens, refresh the page, re-enable the extension, use Screenshot to translate the visible area, or upload the image directly in the Manga Translator page.
Why are some translated texts missing or imperfect?
Scan Translator relies on AI text recognition, translation, and text rendering, so results are not always perfect. Some text may be missed, merged, untranslated, or limited by model safety policies (especially for explicit or sensitive content). In some cases, inserted text can overflow bubbles or look misaligned. You can use Screenshot to translate only the text areas that were not detected.
